Tony Roehl

Tony has been with Atlas Insurance Brokers since 2006 and founded the Tony Roehl Agency in 2012. With years of experience in the industry, he is committed to helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence, clarity, and personalized service.

Tony and his family are proud members of the Austin community. He is actively involved at St. Edward’s Catholic Church, where he serves on the Parish Finance Council, and is engaged in several local organizations, including the Mower County CEO Program, Austin Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Austin Community Scholarship Committee. He also enjoys coaching youth sports and serves on the executive board of the Austin Country Club.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys traveling with his wife and their three children and spending time outdoors—especially on the golf course.

Jeremy Vandergriff

Jeremy has worked in the insurance industry for the past 10 years, helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their coverage. He is committed to providing clear guidance, straightforward advice, and solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Jeremy values building strong relationships and takes pride in being a trusted resource for his clients and the community of Austin. He believes in being approachable, dependable, and someone people can count on when questions arise.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, staying active through fitness and sports, and being involved in the community.

Jill Van Hooser

After more than 25 years in the banking and mortgage industry, Jill brought her expertise to the Tony Roehl Agency and has served as a Licensed Insurance Specialist since 2018. Her extensive background in financial services allows her to provide clients with knowledgeable guidance and a personalized approach.

Jill and her husband, Dan, are active members of St. Edward’s Catholic Church, and she is proud to be an honorary member of the Chamber Ambassadors. She values strong community connections.

Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband, their two sons, grandson Vindan, and extended family and friends. Whether relaxing on the lake in northern Minnesota or planning her next adventure, she appreciates making the most of every moment.

Monica Lillis

Monica joined Atlas Insurance Brokers, Tony Roehl’s team, in the summer of 2023.  Her background as a high school teacher reflects her strong commitment to serving others, building relationships, and guiding individuals with care and clarity.

Monica and her husband, Brian, have been proud members of the Austin community for more than 20 years, where they are raising their three children. She is deeply involved in the community, serving as an active supporter of Austin High School athletics and music, co-chair of Project Graduation, and a member of St. Augustine’s Church.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys cheering on her children at their activities, discovering new restaurants, planning travel adventures, and starting her day with a great cup of coffee.
